Day 49 ! DanceFit - SPECIAL GUEST REVIEW!

I get to do a guest review!!!! Finding myself in possession of some time to spare this past couple of weeks, I have allowed my unfit self to be dragged along puffing and panting to quite a selection of classes as Robin to Paula's fitness Batman, and now I can direct disbelieving friends and family to this post for the proof! I'm so excited I'm short of breath... Or maybe that has something to do with the cardio whirlwind that is DanceFit at Frame Shoreditch...

If you're looking for a dance routine that belongs onstage at the MTV awards... then this is not the class for you. But if you're looking for a fun, simple routine in a high energy class with great music, sign up now! Ditto if you are looking to burn calories and work up a sweat. Because boy did we do both.

The relatively simple routine meant we could focus on giving the moves our all, rather than struggling to remember them in the first place, and we were certainly encouraged to push ourselves - jumping high and bending low - throughout the class.

There's nothing so motivational as an instructor who is clearly having fun, and as he bounced around the studio shouting encouragement and entreating us to shake our booties, we were left in no doubt that he was.

I'll be dancing my way through this class again. Maybe I'll even get fit!

Signed, Miss E xx
